An oversized handbag clutched right under your arm is the perfect accessory in any bright color. I found one at the Red, White & Blue thrift store in Miami. You can also purchase one at
Zara and
American Apparel that are frugal savvy. I'm not sure if all the bright colors are sold out at American Apparel but there aren't any bold colors online so contact your local store to see what colors they have left.
